The Elvis Story Gets Stranger

CROSSPOSTED FROM IMAGESPACE--ARTS AND WEB 2.0

I followed the link from the next to last comment and discovered an even stranger circumstance than the long line of comments on the old Imagespace blog. It turns out that this guy/gal is posting comments about Stojko all over the Web and then emailing the writer of Strange Gods B4 Me links to these comments. This has gone as far as this wierd Internet stalker claiming that they "know" this individual is actually Elvis himself.

The Internet is full of really strange people--but this story is just bizarre. As an open invitation to strangegodsb4me, I believe I can dig up the cities that accessed Imagespace on the days the Elvis-hater Web Site. Just let me know if you want me to make the effort--who knows, it might give you a clue.

Elvis--the post that never ends

In August of this past year I discovered a CBC article that covered Elvis, the skater, cutting an album. I thought it was interesting and it got a little play with folks making comments. 5 months later it is still getting comments. Many of them appear to be from a single person who seems to really dislike Elvis for some reason. If YOU would like to revisit that post, CLICK HERE.

It really is pretty bizarre.

Helicopter at Drupal Training

THIS IS CROSSPOSTED FROM IMAGESPACE--ARTS AND WEB 2.0

This fellow was playing with a toy helicopter successfully disrupting the Drupal training I was attending in Vancouver last month. It turned into a conversation about Christmas presents.

Listen carefully and you will hear the fabulous Meg Cole and Kris Krug from Bryght.

Revver 1.1 Released

What Revver Did Pt 2

Revver released a new version of its web system today. There are elements that I really like in it. It now has a dashboard for every video making it easy to get links, lift embed code, or use a combination of social networking links.

The look is a bit cleaner than the previous version, they have released a new logo, and the upload page is a bit easier to use (though I really liked the desktop upload tool in the beta).

Currently it looks like the accounting features are a little fritzy, but I'm sure that that will be cleared up soon.

Not only did they release a new version of the site, but they also paid me! To celebrate, I uploaded four new videos from Vancouver.

Thanks Revver!
