Two roofers down, one to go. The guy today said all the right things. The guy a couple of days ago may have priced himself out of the job.

One of my dogs is too smart for our own good. She's figured out the pedal trash can. "Hmmmm, puppy buffet." Guess we need a new solution.

Up quietly with my kiddo, letting my wife sleep more. Kettle on-coffee ready soon! Thinking about a Drupal case study to be proofed by me.

DVR Remote for the iPhone or iPod Touch is a pretty cool app if you have a TiVo. Not nearly as good as a real remote, but will do in a pinch.

Yesterday in Boulder there were folks wearing tank-tops. Today it is snowing. The joys of living 5300 feet up in the sky!

I'm downloading the latest version of SmartSVN.

Well, it is time to drag myself out of bed. I just heard my kettle finish its job, so off to make caffeine! Hope everybody has a grand Fri!

Time for bed.

Time for the stationary bike and the premiere of Lost.

Glad I try things on localhost prior to pushing live. 1 enormously borked Drupal site on my laptop.

Routine Drupal maintenance.

Become intensely bored with "My Farm" application on Facebook.

Working through an estimate on an RFP, that collectively, is over 200 pages.

Mildly spiced? Are you kidding?! I just had an "Ethnic Gourmet" Indian entree advertised as mildly spiced-it sure wasn't and I LOVED it.

Good Morning All! I'm heating the kettle to make coffee and getting ready for the day. Does this week seem to be going shockingly fast?

On my way home. It was a busy busy day.

On my way into work. Busy day ahead.

Time for coffee and throwing my shoulder into work today.

Time to head to bed I think.

Watching parts of the inauguration with my family. My eight year old was in school when it all happened. I'm sipping champagne.

Al Roker just screamed at the President until he responded on the walk down the street. He's calling it an "interview". :)

And the President and his wife are back in the car.

I can't believe how far the President is walking out in the open. Amazing. The crowd is nuts and you can hear the joy.

The energy coming through the TV is amazing. I can't even imagine what it must be like to be on Penn Avenue as a spectator.

Obama and his wife have exited the car and are walking up Penn Avenue. Cool beans. I think he means to be a president of the people.

It is 62F or 17 C here in Westminster, CO. I'm opening up our patio door!

John Cornyn of TX could be the sole senator that prevents a voice vote confirmation of Hilary Clinton from becoming Secretary of State today

Document signing - Obama, "Oh, yes, I guess I need to have a cabinet!" - after standing up signing the first document.

This upheaval--ranging from civil and human rights, to social safety, to international relations. A pivotal point in U.S. history. TY USA!

We have a new President!

Biden is swearing in.

President Carter looks GREAT! Bush Sr was looking a little rough.

San Fran Boys and Girls Chorus sounds lovely. #inaug09 Thanks NPR!

2.5 hours!

I'm up and making a little coffee.

3 hours and 9 minutes to go!

Looking at nodeforum module for Drupal 6. Anybody have experience with it?

I hope my friends in the United States are having a good Martin Luther King day. It is especially apropos this year.

Continued efforts on workflows. I really enjoy figuring out how to reach a client's goals without resorting to custom code in Drupal.

It is a stunningly beautiful day in #Boulder today. Warm and sunny with a light breeze.

Waking up and making a little coffee.

I'm thinking it is time to hit the sack.

I love Netflix's "Watch Instantly" on the TiVo but on two vintage Doctor Who series, the voices have gotten out of synch with the picture.

Time for a half hour on the stationary.

Lots of activity in the TraumaAdoption.org forums today - http://ping.fm/Ll7c4 - New sign-ups and a significant jump in traffic.

So, finally got around to dealing with my share of the clean clothes. Just need to sort socks now, but my daughter is sleeping on them.

Friend's wireless router ended up having a dead Internet port. Made it worthless to access the Internet. Got a new Linksys to set him up.

Heading over to carpenter friend's house. He helped install our hood/microwave-now I'm returning the favour by setting up wireless with him.
