Tiger Hoses Apani VPN Software

After the effort of updating an iBook with Apani VPN software, it turns out that Tiger is incompatible with it. This meant reverting the little iBook to 10.3 and a long and confused call with tech support.

If you use VPN software and are thinking of upgrading to 10.4, check compatibility.
