TechSoup
One of my favourite non-profit resources is TechSoup. The site boasts articles, links, forums, and best of all free or near free software. The business is run by Compumentor. Compumentor has been around since 1987.
They have managed to solicit many companys, including Microsoft, to donate software. They provide the software to other non-profits for a service fee. It is a win-win situation.
If you are a 501(c)3 and you don't make use of Compumentor/TechSoup, you really should.
