NEW intel based Macs
Today Apple announced the first of the Intel based Macs will ship in February. I've been looking at replacing my ancient TiBook. I may wait to buy the MacBook Pro rather than the G4 based Powerbook. My guess is that it will be far more powerful and will run cooler.

Apple claims that the new iMacs run much faster.
There is NO reason, since OSX, that Macs couldn't or shouldn't run on Intel based hardware. I look forward to see how it affects sales, if at all.
