In a fascinating merging of Art and Technology, an Canadian MFA candidate--Daniel Jolliffe--in Ohio has created a piece that allows anonymous callers to record one minute of content. This "rant" is then converted into an MP3 file and broadcast at mindnumbing decibel levels from a public art piece that can be moved from place to place by bicycle.

I think this project is so very cool!
